Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Solidago decurrens gargle to reduce halitosis of patients with general anesthesia,and improve the life quality.Methods Using random sampling method,80 cases of general anesthesia patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each.The observation group adopted Solidago decurrens gargle for oral care,the control group adopted 0.9％ of saline for regular oral care.Two groups were compared with the incidence of halitosis.Results The incidence of halitosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Solidago decurrens gargle can obviously reduce the occurrence of halitosis after general anesthesia.
