Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness training combined with agomelatine tablets in the treatment of Internet addiction disorder patients with depression. Methods A total of 88 Internet addiction disorder patients with depression were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with agomelatine tablets, and the observation group was treated with mindfulness training on the basis of the control group. The score of Internet Usage Questionnaire (IUQ), scores of depression and anxiety assessments and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of escape, related activities, tolerance, decreased activities, out of control on Internet, withdrawal symptoms, craving, adverse effects, introversion items and total score of IUQ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P Conclusion Mindfulness training combined with agomelatine tablets can control Internet abuse behavior of Internet addiction disorder patients with depression, reduce Internet addiction and depression, and the safety is good and reliable.
