Abstract
Objective To introduce the method and effect of training on sterilization supply professional specialist. Methods 14 sterilization and supply commissioners were chosen to be trained in Guangdong . Some professional trainers and university teachers gave them presentation and practical operation, and asked them to practice,then evaluated after class. Results All of them showed their satisfaction to the content of training and teaching plan. Their teaching skills and the level of making slides were significantly improved. Conclusions Specialist' training adapts to the needs of the development' of profession. The content of training has pertinence and strong maneuverability;The preparation for sterilization supply specialist needs to enrich and develop.
