Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the psychological health state and life quality of patients with traumatic arthritis.Methods 86 patients with traumatic arthritis were selected from August,2012 to November,2013 as study objects,and were divided into a control group and a nursing group according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing care; in addition,the nursing group received psychological care.The SAS and SDS scores and total pain rates before the nursing and during follow-up of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing,there were statistical differences in SAS and SDS scores and total pain rate between the two groups (t=2.9045,P=0.0047; t=4.2405,P=0.0001;x2=9.2556,P=0.0023); the mental health state and life quality were better in the nursing group than in the control group.Conclusions Nursing intervention for patients with traumatic arthritis can reduce the patients' anxiety,depression,and other negative emotions and improve the patients' psychological condition and life quality and is worth being clinically generalized.
