Abstract

Objective To analysis the effect of immunomodulatory in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure among old people.Methods 100 elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into objective group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases).Control group used conventional plan,objective group used immunomodulatory plan on the basis of control group.The differences of cardiac function indexes and the levels of inflammatory cytokines between two groups were compared.Results The levels of LVEF and IL-10 in objective group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).The levels of LVEDD,LVESD,hs-CRP,BNP,TNF-α and IL-1 β in objective group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Immunomodulatory in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure among old people is satisfactorily effective,with higher level of cardiac function,and more positive in inflammatory cytokines.
