Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the close nursing management model in the ward under the medical alliance, the relevant disciplines of the secondary trusteeship hospital was directly charged by the tertiary hospitals provincial key specialty gynecology and obstetrics. Methods In order to promote the discipline construction of the trusteeship hospital, the obstetrics and gynecology department of the first people's hospital of Foshan full took over the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the trusteeship hospital since December 2016, and stationed the medical and nursing team, to form a close nursing management model in the ward under the medial alliance. Under this model, the nursing management was promoted through the establishment of rules and regulations, the safety management, the quality management, the team building, and the environmental transformation. Result After one year of operation, the quality of nursing management and patient satisfaction were obviously improved, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The model of the close nursing management in the ward under direct discipline management in medical alliance can improve the quality of nursing management and promote the discipline construction of medical alliance.
