Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy of the Land Redistribution Program in Nagari Muaro takung, Sijunjung district. This research was conducted utilizing a qualitative descriptive methodology, with data collection serving as the primary factor supporting the research object. This research aims to recruit informants by a strategy of purposive sampling, with the primary criterion being that they must be residents of Nagari Muaro Takung. In addition, data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. Collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and deriving conclusions constituted data analysis. Triangulation of sources was then used to assess the validity of the data, which was subsequently analyzed. On the basis of the findings, it is possible to conclude that the implementation of the Land Redistribution Program for the Implementation of Agrarian Reform in Nagari Muaro takung, Sijunjung Regency was effective, but the socialization was not, as the community only knows the number of participants in land redistribution and the costs incurred by me, while the people themselves are unaware of the program's description and objectives.
