Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Sambas Regency Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Public Services, and what influences public services by the village government. As a public service agency for the general public, the Pancur village office has a major problem in the services provided which are not in accordance with community expectations, one of the problems is the responsiveness of employees in serving the community. Therefore the village office is required to maintain the trust and satisfaction of the community by improving the quality of its services. empirical juridical research method, namely analyzing Regional Regulations, in this case Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Public Services, as well as examining the implementation of public services by the village government in Pancur Village, Tangaran District, whether it is in accordance with Sambas Regency Regional Regulation NO. 4 concerning the Implementation of Public Services. To obtain data, researchers used observation and interview guidelines in Pancur Village, Tangaran District, Sambas Regency. In the Implementation of Public Services in Pancur Village, Tangaran District, Sambas Regency, according to Sambas Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Public Services, the village government apparatus has not yet implemented it properly. This is due to the limited knowledge of the village apparatus regarding the administration of public services to the community, so that the services provided do not meet the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve the objectives to be carried out.
