Abstract

Navitas Powerindo is a single-owned company founded in 2011 in Jakarta and continues to compete with similar companies and develops following Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, dan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT Navitas Powerindo dengan menggunakan motivasi pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan tersebut, digunakan semua pegawai yang berjumlah sebanyak 30 responden baik pegawai tetap maupun pegawai kontrak melalui metode non-probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dengan kuesioner tertutup sebagai alat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji model, dan uji hubungan antar variabel menggunakan software warppls 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap motivasi pegawai sebagai intervening mampu memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi pegawai dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi pegawai. Kata kunci: kinerja perusahaan, kompetensi pegawai, lingkungan kerja, motivasi ABSTRACT This study aims to describe, analyze, and determine the effect of the work environment and employee competence on employee performance at PT Navitas Powerindo by using employee motivation as an intervening variable. To analyze these problems, all employees, totaling 30 respondents, both permanent employees and contract employees, were used through the non-probability sampling method. The data collection technique used a survey with a closed questionnaire as a tool. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability testing, model testing, and testing the relationship between variables using Warppls 8.0 software. The results showed that the variables of work environment and employee competency on employee motivation as an intervener were able to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee motivation and employee competency has an insignificant positive effect on employee motivation. Keywords: company performance, employee competence, motivation, work environment
