Abstract
Abstract The educational concerns of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), whose headquarters are in Paris, were in the past focused mainly on education in the fields of science and technology, as well as on national planning for the expansion of educational opportunities. The member nations - including the United States, most West European nations, and Japan - collaborated in producing survey studies of national and regional developments in these fields.
