Abstract

The present era witnesses rapid advancements in science, technology, and unforeseen transformations that impact all dimensions of the global economy and society, including Vietnam. Consequently, a comprehensive reform of the education system becomes necessary to address the evolving developmental requirements. This reform encompasses multiple aspects such as organizational structure, administrative management, curriculum content, teaching methodologies, and quality assurance. To navigate the changing landscape effectively, the establishment of an educational philosophy that can guide the activities of educational institutions within the national education system becomes imperative. This article acknowledges the crucial need, given the current state of education, to formulate an educational philosophy that will provide direction for Vietnam's education in the new contextual landscape.
