Abstract

The article shows the latest approaches to the problem of researching female educational teams, their management, harmonizing methods. The novelty of scientific research is noted. The unique features of interpersonal relations in modern female pedagogical teams are indicated. After all, they are not a team, but weakly hierarchical, based on personal and mostly informal relationships. The positive and negative sides of such a team are shown. In order for him to be low-conflict, controlled, that is, psychologically positive, his management must have a program of scientifically verified interaction. The author's draft of such a program is presented in the article. The author considers this approach of managing the female educational team to be relevant. The formation of socio-psychological and pedagogical conditions for the successful management of the female educational team is considered as a way to realize each woman's personal internal resources and reserves aimed at improving the pedagogical process. At the same time, it is the creation of conditions for personal and professional growth, realization of creative and creative efforts of women. The development of the system of "horizontal connections" requires systematic coordination of relations both within and between structural divisions, because the women's team is easily polarized with the formation of informal groups, has increased demands on the manager's ability to eliminate contradictions between formal and informal relations of subordinates, assigns a special, incomparable objectively, even too close subjective attention to personal qualities, etc.
