Abstract

Objective: describe the experience of using an educational game in nursing education in public health. Method: descriptive study of the experience report type, regarding the use of an educational game along with nursing students from the discipline I Collective Health, Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), Cajazeiras campus. Results: perceives the development of skills in students, such as positive interpersonal relations; teamwork; decision-making group; leadership; creativity; flexibility; commitment; and communication. Conclusion: games provide motivation for students causing them to be involved as active actors in the teaching-learning process.
