EDUCATIONAL EVENT AS A COMPONENT OF THE SYSTEM OF LANGUAGE TRAINING OF FOREIGN STUDENTS
The article discusses one of the aspects of the educational process organized by the Department of Language Training at Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University, which faces certain challenges due to psychophysiological and linguistic factors. The former are related to overcoming differences in the sphere of education, requirements and control systems, as well as mastering new social-cultural, educational spaces, and moral-ethical norms of behavior; the latter are due to the complete absence or insufficiency of language training. All these and other problematic issues are in the focus of the tutor during the educational process. These two types of activities are interconnected, as the educational process is aimed at acquiring knowledge, professional skills and abilities, while the upbringing process contributes to the personal improvement of the student. Extracurricular educational activities allow students to improve their knowledge of the Ukrainian language, develop communicative abilities, reveal their inner potential and feel the team spirit. This, in turn, improves the quality of two-way communication between teacher → student and student → teacher.

According to WHO statistics, over the last century, the level of morbidity and mortality from oncology has moved from the tenth to the second place. One of the most common tumors of the maxillofacial region is basal cell carcinoma (cancer of the basal cell layer of the skin). Basal cell carcinoma (Cr in site) is a malignant tumor of the skin from epidermal cells of the basal layer. The aim of the study was to improve the effectiveness of treatment of basal cell carcinoma of the maxillofacial skin by combining conservative and surgical treatment methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the Department of Postgraduate Stomatology of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Postgraduate Education "Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University". The study involved 40 patients treated for basal cell tumors of the maxillofacial region. The patients were divided into 2 groups: in the first group (20 people), the treatment was carried out by a conservative method, using a chemotherapeutic agent for local application; in the second (20 people) surgical removal of the neoplasm. The results of observation of the treated patients showed that conservative treatment does not give a 100% guarantee of a complete cure of the tumor. The effectiveness of this drug affects only superficial nodular basal cell carcinomas without signs of forging. Superficial nodular forms of basal cell carcinomas in group I had positive treatment dynamics and 60% of patients avoided surgical intervention. All basal cell carcinomas that belong to the ulcerative forms (adenoid, infiltrative, nodular subtype) are subject to surgical removal in all cases and are not subject to conservative treatment.

WHO indicates that the purpose of actions aimed at strengthening public health protection is to ensure conditions under which people can remain healthy, able to strengthen health and well-being, and prevent deterioration of health. However, in the basic documents, there is no place for health-preserving physical culture and health-improving competencies of a person in the system of general efforts. The aim of the work is to reveal the need and place of health-preserving physical culture and wellness competencies of a person as a condition for ensuring and spreading a high level of public health in Ukraine. Material and methods. The study was organized at the Dnipro State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports, the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology, the National Technical University “Dnipro Polytechnic” (all in Dnipro) and the Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University. The used methods of theoretical research were: study and generalization of data from domestic and foreign official and literary sources, as well as abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. Results. Conceptual principles and didactic technology of physical education of a non-professional physical education (NpPhE), with an emphasis on strengthening the general cultural component of the educational component “Physical education” in higher education, aimed at eliminating existing shortcomings. Provided with pedagogical technology, NpPhE contributes to the formation of the building blocks of one’s own health. And the system of effective pedagogical mechanisms of NpPhE is significantly different from the provision of information about health, which is the subject of modern valeology. In this context, the development of conceptual directions of creative valeology is relevant, as a means of supporting a person’s creativity in a safe effect on health. Namely, the formation in institutions of higher education of the builders of their own health. Conclusions. A system of pedagogical mechanisms is proposed, which is significantly different from just providing information about human health as a benefit/harm of influences and actions, which is what valeology is focused on. This is a prerequisite for the formation and development of creative concepts of modern valeology based on the improvement of cultural and practical components of the educational component “Physical education” in the conditions of a higher education institution for specialists who take care of building their own health from specialties related to civilians. In conditions where the majority of their graduates are engaged not in physical, but intellectual work, the further implementation of approaches related to professional-applied physical training for professional activities is something that it is time to abandon.

Nowadays effective treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) remains a difficult and still unsolved problem. The use of various antisecretory drugs in combination with surgical treatment does not allow to achieve a long lasting improvement of the quality of life and reliable prevention of complications. In this regard, special attention is paid to study humoral factors influencing the pathogenesis of GERD, data on which will improve the results of therapeutic and surgical treatment. It is promising to study the dynamics of serotonin after laparoscopic treatment of various types of GERD, especially in combination with dyspepsia, anxiety or depressive disorders, as well as the possibility of using drugs that affect the metabolism of this hormone to correct the above mentioned disorders and achieve long lasting recovery after laparoscopic fundoplication. The aim of the work was to study the dynamics of serotonin in the blood during laparoscopic total fundoplication and analyze the correlation of this hormone with the psychological well-being of patients before and after surgical treatment of GERD. Materials and methods. Laparoscopic fundoplication by Short Floppy Nissen modification was performed in 35 patients with GERD. There were 26 (74.3 %) women, 9 (25.7 %) men. Age – 55.3 ± 11.3. The comparison group consisted of 20 healthy volunteers (women – 14 (70.0 %); men – 6 (30.0 %), average age – 56.7 ± 10.6), who did not undergo surgery. The groups were comparable by gender and age. The studies were carried out in venous blood plasma, samples of which were maintained using standard methods and stored in a low-temperature freezer at a temperature of -80 °C. Tests for serotonin (Serotonin ELISA, RE59121, IBL) were studied on the immunoenzyme complex ImmunoChem-2100 (USA) of the Department of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics in the Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University. The concentration of the last indicators was expressed in ng/ml. The presence of concomitant anxiety, depression and level of psychological well-being was assessed using the GAD-7, PHQ-9 and SF-36 questionnaires. Statistical assessment of the research results was carried out using the Statistica for Windows 13 software package (StatSoft Inc., No. JPZ804I382130ARCN10-J). Differences were considered statistically significant at p < 0.05. Results. The serotonin level in the blood of practically healthy people was 5.8 ± 1.5 ng/ml. In the main group serotonin values before surgical treatment were 3.1 ± 1.3 ng/ml. After surgical treatment the serotonin level increased to 5.4 ± 1.8 ng/ml and was not statistically different from the level of practically healthy patients. The dynamics of serotonin levels correspond to the dynamics of the patients number with signs of anxiety and depression before and after surgery in the main group, as well as the improvement in the psychological state of patients after surgery compared to preoperative data on the scales of the “psychological component” of SF-36 health questionnaire: Vitality (VT), Social Functioning (SF), Role-Emotional (RE), Mental Health (MH). Conclusions. Laparoscopic crurorrhaphy and fundoplication in the Short Floppy Nissen modification through the mechanism of serotonin helps to improve the psychological state of patients with GERD in the postoperative period, eliminate anxiety and depression, improve quality of life and achieve a lasting antireflux effect. The obtained dynamics of serotonin levels confirms its participation in the formation of behavioral reactions in GERD, helping to improve the results of surgical treatment.

In the context of the formation and development of information society in Ukraine, information and communication support for the educational space, which is one of the important factors for preparing a person of modern formation and effective development of the state, becomes of great importance. Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) are forcing society to take a new approach to understanding the role of information in the educational process, especially in the training of specialists in educational institutions. This is evidenced by the adoption of the new version of the Laws of Ukraine «On Education», «On Higher Education» and the processes of informatization of educational activities already carried out.
In terms of the current state and prospects of the development of the educational informatization process, there are two main areas of its improvement: instrumental and technological, connected with the use of new opportunities of informatics and information technologies for improving the efficiency of the education system; meaningful, related to the formation of new content in the educational process itself.
The success of the reform of the education system in Ukraine depends to a large extent on the effectiveness of public administration in the field. Among the main tasks of public administration in the educational space of Ukraine should be noted: the formation of scientific-theoretical and methodological base of information and communication support, improving the forms and means of implementation of public administration, determining the role and place of public administration in the regulation of modern educational processes.
The purpose of the research is scientific-theoretical and theoretical-methodological substantiation and analysis of peculiarities of public administration in the sphere of information and communication support of educational space of Ukraine.
Information and telecommunications technology is a generic term that describes the various methods, methods and algorithms for collecting, storing, processing, presenting and transmitting data.
Public administration in the field of educational activity is carried out by the adoption of regulatory and individual management acts, the conclusion of administrative contracts and the implementation of appropriate organizational measures aimed at their implementation.
The subject of public administration is a system represented by the synthesis of state and non-state institutes of public power, the main structural elements of which are, first, the executive authorities, and second, the executive bodies of local self-government.
We formulate the main directions of public administration in the educational sphere of Ukraine. Among them are development of national, sectoral and regional information systems, networks and electronic resources, information-analytical systems of public authorities and local self-government bodies; organizational activities on information support of education; organizational and scientific and methodological support of testing of electronic means of educational process; creation of a bank of perspective pedagogical experience.
For the successful implementation of these directions, it is important to effectively combine the components of public administration in the field of information and communication support of the educational sphere: the administrative and managerial component consists in the distribution of functions and powers between the bodies of public administration of education and the public; the choice of style, principles, methods of leadership and management of the education system; pedagogical component is to determine the purpose of functioning of the educational process (use of modern pedagogical concepts, technologies, methods and forms; the legal component provides for the strict adherence to the legal acts regulating the educational sector.
