They are characterized by self--improvement motivation of professional activity: they are more active, enterprising, able to live in the present and they are independent. They pay equal attention to education as well as for scientific research. It was found out that the more motivated undergraduates not only focus on the process and results of teaching and research activities, but also the idea to have a great self--importance as a future scientific and pedagogical personnel is of great importance for them.
