The autobiographical writings, in fact, allow you to retrace your life, events, people, places, the most important objects, to discover new meanings to the experiences, to be able to orient themselves in decision-making, interpersonal relationships, to plan efficiently your lives, to produce new knowledge and learning, to feel satisfaction and wellbeing too.
