Abstract
This article explores the relationship between soft power and education, revealing the impact of international education aid on the soft power of target countries. Taking the education aid provided by Ukraine and the European Union as examples, this study aims to analyze the role of international education aid in enhancing the soft power of recipient countries from a constructivist perspective. The article adopts a case analysis method, combines literature review with constructivist theory, and analyzes the EU's education aid policy in-depth. This paper proposes and verifies the idea that international education aid can change the education operation model of recipient countries, thereby enhancing their international status and soft power. This article fills the research gap on the correlation between education aid and soft power. At the same time, this paper provides a new perspective on the effectiveness of international education aid, which helps to understand the role of education in soft power construction.
