Often it is characterized by the seamless integration of ICTs into the many facets of daily life. This may include the use of communication devices in cars to track and coordinate traffic patterns, having reactive smart grids to adapt to changing power consumption and even having publicly available free Wi-Fi to promote digital inclusion
