Abstract
Manpower shortage in the field of services to the elderly and static educational/training programs for gerontological social work are documented. Concentration curriculum model, which complies with the CSWE's Standards for Accreditation for MSW Programs, as well as an implementation method and curriculum resources for the model are discussed.
