Abstract
Aiming to the demand for creative talents, how to cultivate the students' innovative consciousness, and how to develop good habits of mind, have become an important part of our country's higher education research. On the basis of elaborating the TRIZ basic theoretical system and CDIO engineering educational approach, we integrate CDIO engineering education mode and TRIZ innovation theory as TRIZ-CDIO theory. Training mode of undergraduate's innovative ability based on TRIZ-CDIO theory is constructed. This model is consists of knowledge-based teaching mode, innovation experiment-based teaching mode, skill integrated-based teaching mode, competition participate-based teaching mode, enterprises participate-based teaching mode and project participate-based teaching mode. Training mode based TRIZ-CDIO theory guides the undergraduates participate in innovation, practice innovation and to train creative talent of grasping the innovative method, innovation spirit and innovation ability. Promoting the TRIZ-CDIO theory and innovation technology in the engineering undergraduate' innovative ability training pattern has the extremely important practical significance.
