Abstract
Critically analyzing the state of training in urology residencies and looking for areas of improvement is a vital area of research to ensure we are passing the baton into reliable hands. In this manuscript, the authors attempt to evaluate the effect of the presence of a fellowship trained andrology and sexual medicine specialist (FTAUS) to resident in-service examination (ISE) scores. This is a follow up study from their previous broader study investigating areas of poor subject performance on the ISE.
