Abstract

This is an important paper which highlights the significant progress that has been achieved in the last several years towards narrowing the gender gap amongst applicants to urology training programs and in the proportion of current female urology trainees. But additionally, highlights the areas of opportunity for further progress, most notably in the numbers of women in key leadership roles in academic urology.
