Abstract
This report reviewed a large series of patients who underwent extensive trigonal surgery and assessed outcome regarding urinary continence and/or voiding dysfunction. The authors concluded that neither extensive trigonal surgery nor pre-existing trigonal deformation by ureteroceles provokes later bladder dysfunction. Is this conclusion valid and widely supported by the previously published studies?
