Abstract
Background: There is a broad differential for vulvar skin disorders in adolescence which include infectious causes such as condlyoma, skin tags that may reflect insulin resistance, or other anatomic causes such as labial hypertrophy. The external genitalia also changes during puberty with elongation and growth of the labia minora. We present a case of a vulvar lesion with the appearance of an ectopic labia minora that presented with growth after pubertal onset.
