Abstract

The article is based on the relationship between eco-city and distributed energy planning, and believes that energy planning is conducive to economic development, energy conservation and emission reduction, and environmental protection, which plays a significant role in the ecological construction of urban and rural economic construction and the rational implementation of energy planning. On the basis of ensuring the safety and stability of the power system, it distributed energy provides effective energy utilization and intelligent control to promote low-carbon, ecological, and intelligent development. This eased the difficulty of implementing the concept of sustainable development in national ecological renewal design, economic development, and energy conservation and environmental protection. Under the traditional urban planning system, there is no comprehensive energy plan except for special plans such as electricity, gas, and thermal engineering, which shows that in the traditional urban planning system, the understanding of energy development and utilization is still very weak. Air pollution caused by energy consumption is becoming more and more serious, energy demand is increasing rapidly, and more and more attention is paid to urban energy. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the emphasis on energy development and comprehensive utilization in the design of eco-city, and make it suitable for urban renewal design. At the same time, this paper also conducts a more in-depth discussion on the types of energy planning and the characteristics of eco-city. The results have shown that the resource allocation rate has been increased to about 98% after energy planning, which is a qualitative leap. At the same time, the environmental quality of the eco-city has been improved by more than 40%, the quality of life of the residents has been improved, the awareness of environmental protection has been enhanced, and the economic benefits will inevitably increase.
