Abstract

An analysis of the condition of 50 patients in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Republic, who suffered an ischemic stroke, was carried out. The team consists of 24 women and 26 men. The age of patients ranged from 50 to 81 years, the average age was 65.3 years. The impairment and degree of recovery of neurological functions were determined using the Barthel index, the Lindmark scale and the Scandinavian scale. When using early rehabilitation in a specialized hospital, the effectiveness of rehabilitation of patients after a stroke increased.
