Abstract
The total and K-shell internal conversion coefficients of Sm/sup 152/, Gd/sup 154/, and Dy/sup 160/ were measured directly using a highaccuracy coincidence-sum method. In all three cases, there is agreement between the theoretical ( alpha (th)) and the experimental ( alpha (exp)) values of the total E2 conversion coefficients within the accuracy of the theoretical computntions. No correlation was found between alpha (exp)/ alpha (th) and the neutron number to proton number ratio. (H.D.R.)
