Abstract

One of the main challenges of the Mastrit Skin 2002 Project is the analysis of the Supply Chain to develop and implement a market place In order to support B2B relationships. This ICT tool will integrate sellers and buyers in the leather sector to improve their communication and business processes. The innovation is obtained in the new interrelationships among partners and the new functionalities in the B2B solution to be developed. This is an EUREKA project carried out with the collaboration of Italian and Swiss Partners. In Switzerland it is carried out by the IPLnet competence network that focuses on knowledge sharing and applied research.
