Abstract
The E&HR (Education and Human Resources) Committee engages in a variety of activities of direct interest to members. This report is to acquaint you with current and future activities of the committee and with the membership of the committee itself. We welcome your suggestions and comments on any relevant topics.Ongoing activities of the committee include oversight of the AGU Minority and June Bacon‐Bercey scholarships, job centers and evening panel sessions at meetings, and response to various requests from the AGU Council. The committee maintains a liaison with the Scientific Manpower Commission and with the Association for Women Geoscientists.
