Abstract

The article analyses the change in the intensity of US cooperation with the countries of the Inter-American system in the period from 1991 to 2023. The Analysis consists of the database of bilateral treaties, as well as visits done by US Presidents and Secretaries of State to Latin America and Canada. It seems that these indicators indirectly allow to highlight the priority in US foreign policy (for the Latin American track), and contribute to a different view of the results of the Biden administration in this direction.
