Dynamical Theory of X-Ray Diffraction (Focus on Backscattering)

Abstract

The dynamical theory of x-ray diffraction in perfect crystals is considered in the present chapter with an emphasis on the points crucial to the backscattering geometry. The consideration is not restricted to backscattering alone.
