Abstract
The magnetic field dependence of exciton photoluminescence intensity was investigated in GaAs/AlGaAs superlattice and quantum well structures for high magnetic fields up to 40 T. We discuss the observed large magnetic field effects in terms of the dynamical process of the miniband carriers and excitons under magnetic fields.
