Abstract
We consider a circular superconducting ring with a mesoscopic Josephson junction driven by periodically external electromagnetic field, and discuss a novel quantum effect, dynamical localization. In this paper we find that the charge is localized effectively for the cases when the ratio of the field magnitude and the field frequency equal some critical values.
