Abstract

The influence of light impurities on the temperature of phase transitions in ferroelastics KSc(MoO4)2, RbSc(MoO4)2, CsSc(MoO4)2, CsDy(MoO4)2 is studied. In each of the compounds considered the presence of Li-impurities led to new phase transitions. The temperatures of these virtual transitions are analysed on the basis of phonon spectrum variations and result from the condition of the stability loss of the impurity crystal.
