Abstract

According to the dynamic unbalance problem of CVT with diclinic cam plate synchronous revolution and internal power shunt, using structural optimization method to make high-speed rotation counterweight balance after the bearing stress distribution to achieve the best. Put forward the improvement scheme through the analysis of dynamic simulation and theory analysis. The results show that, the improved plunger structure can reduce fluctuation amplitude of bearing support reverse force when the transmission in high speed.
