Abstract

This paper analyzes the research status of gate vibration, fluid structure coupling and computational fluid dynamics, and expounds the basic theory and numerical calculation method of computational fluid dynamics and fluid structure coupling. Based on ANSYS and finite element vibration analysis method, the dynamic characteristics of gate with complex structure and fluid interaction are calculated and analyzed. Then, the intelligent information processing technology, including extended visualization technology, dynamic simulation technology, object-oriented modeling and analysis technology and engineering database technology, are used to dynamically analyze the structural state intelligent simulation environment by visual programming environment combined with VC++, OpenGL, MATLAB and various graphic softwares. Finally, through case analysis, the hydraulic characteristics of the gate during the closing process are studied, and the flow pattern, pressure field and pressure at the bottom of the gate are obtained, so the influence of the closing speed on the hydraulic characteristics of the gate can be achieved.
