Abstract

This paper deduces the general mathematical model of galvanometer motor. The parameters of galvanometer motor are given, which are applied to high-speed and high-precision occasions. And the characteristic‘s of the motor are analyzed. Then, the traditional three loop position control system is designed, and the dynamic performance and existing problems of the control system is researched. Aiming at the problem of dynamic tracking lag, this paper introduces feedforward control to realize non lag dynamic tracking, which is verified by simulation. In view of the contradiction between fast response and overshoot under step command, the transition process in galvanometer motor control system is arranged to realize tracking the position step command quickly without overshoot and oscillation, and the simulation is carried out to verify the mathematical model.
