Abstract

To study the dynamic mechanism on ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) superconducting Busbar, the seismic response time-history analysis and seismic simulation experimentation had been done respectively. After choice of seismograms with seismic amplitude, spectrum, duration and ground conditions comprehensively, the structural response curves and response duration results of displacement, tensile stress, and reaction force under different directions actuating signals were obtained by using the time-history analysis. To test the accuracy of simulation analysis, the seismic simulation experimentation of the reduced experimental model of Busbar on the vibration table had been adopted with similitude ratios and conditions designing based-on the similarity theory. The accuracy of simulating analysis had been examined to satisfy the requirements of designed similitude ratios about displacement, acceleration and strain.
