Abstract

The motion of a charged particle on a discrete lattice under the action of a dcac electric field is investigated. The dynamic localization conditions for both the case of nearest-neighbor intersite interactions and long-range intersite interactions are obtained. The possibilities of observation of the dynamic localization effect are also discussed.
