Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and psychological well-being. Participants are beneficiaries at the Wanodyatama Women's Rehabilitation Center Surakarta with a total of 30 people. Data collection uses a social support scale consisting of 28 items and ascale psychological well-being consisting of 26 items and both have met the requirements of good reliability. Data analysis usingcorrelation technique Pearson product moment. The results of this study show a correlation coefficient of 0.994 with a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), meaning that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and psychological well-being, which means that the higher the social support, the higher the psychological well-being. on the other hand, the lower the social support, the lower the psychological well-being. Through this research, it is hoped that more attention is paid to which beneficiaries need more social support from employees so that the beneficiaries at the Wanodyatama Women's Rehabilitation Center in Surakarta are able to maintain and even improve their psychological well-being.
