Abstract Daido DRM2 is a high-speed tool steel with both high hardness (62 HRC maximum) and toughness for improved life in dies. The alloy is a matrix type for warm and cold forging tools. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and elasticity as well as fatigue.
