Abstract

The paper presents the results of the the first investigations of the carrier drift mobility in the three-component chalcogenide glasses Ge-Se-Ga. The hole and electron effective drift mobility about 1 cm/Us obtained from dispersive transient currents are interpreted in the term of the band transport controlled by shallow traps.
