In this paper, we introduce the double sequence space ℓ 2 ∞( p) and show that ℓ 2 ∞( p) is a complete paranormed space. Furthermore we give its α-, β- and γ-duals and examine its perfectness and Köthe–Toeplitz reflexivity.
