Abstract

The dependence of the superconducting transition temperature Tc on the hole concentration p for La2−xSrxCuO4 thin films is calculated in the two-component model. The doping dependence of the Ginzburg–Landau coherence length ξ is derived for cuprates. In general case, the two correlation lengths are obtained but only one is critical. The dependence ξ(p) has the minimum at p=0.15–0.16. The expression for the upper critical magnetic field Hc2 is obtained. The curve Hc2(p) for cuprates has the maximum as a function of p.
