Abstract

Endovascular repair (EVAR) for ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (rAAA) is being increasingly espoused despite the lack of good-evidence for its superiority. The reported series suffer from patient and publication selection bias and limited follow-up. This study is a single-center propensity score comparison of early and midterm outcomes between open repair (OR) and EVAR.
