Journal of School HealthVolume 46, Issue 3 p. 137-138 DO YOU HAPPEN TO KNOW …? Harriet B. Randall M.D., Harriet B. Randall M.D. Harriett B. Randall, M.D., submitted this article to the American School Health Association from her hospital bed in Glendale, California on December 6, 1975. With great sorrow, we learned of Dr. Randall's death on December 28, 1975. Dr. Randall was a past president (1966–1967) of the ASHA and the 1970 recipient of the ASHA's William A. Howe Award. Most of all, however, Dr. Randall was dearly loved and revered by her many friends and colleagues in the ASHA. The editorial staff of THE JOURNAL OF SCHOOL HEALTH is grateful for the opportunity to share this last statement from Dr. Randall and recall her “loving gentleness.” The citation to Dr. Randall's Howe Award is reprinted at the end of the article — ED.Search for more papers by this author Harriet B.
