Abstract
Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 3 días de edad quien es referido por personal de un Centro de Salud, con antecedente familiar de madre VIH positivo. Ingresó para evaluación complementaria y realización de prueba ADN confirmatoria y estudios complementarios. Al examen físico, paciente en malas condiciones higiénicas y con falla renal e hipospadias. Razón por la cual se realizó ultrasonido renal y de vías urinarias y Uretrocistograma identificando riñones poliquísticos y Divertículo de Hutch. Se inició tratamiento con cefadroxilo profiláctico y referencia a Nefrología Pediátrica.
