Jackson is President and Co-founder of New Perspectives, lnc. and Dean of the School of Education at the University of Massachusetts where he is a professor in the Organization Development Program. He is also co-founder and faculty sponsor of the School's Social Justice and Diversity Education Program. He is recognized internationally as one of the leading theorists in the area of Racial ldentity Development.
