Abstract
The research aims to benefit from the experience of the United Arab Emirates in diversifying its sources of income, by following up on the legislative base it has prepared for this change which it had planned for in its economic structure, the results that were reflected in the developments of the gross domestic product and the relative importance of the sectors that make up its oil and non-oil composition, the basket of oil and non-oil exports, and the reflection of this in the growth of the average per capita income. The researchers followed the inductive approach and the descriptive analytical method. Perhaps the most important thing they reached was that this country had built its development strategy within the framework of the outward orientation in transferring the country from the local framework to the global horizon, achieving a diversity in the components of its GDP and in its export basket. This was reflected in a noticeable increase in the average per capita income, and this could not have been achieved without the cohesion and harmony between the citizens of the country and the government.
