Abstract
Two new diterpene glycosides, named rufusoside A and B were isolated from Senecio rufus. Their structures have been established as ent-15α-(α- l-arabinopyranosyloxyl)- kaur-16-en-19-oic acid and ent-15α-(ζ- l-arabinopyranosyloxyl)-kaur-16-en-19- oic acid-β- d-glucopyranosyl ester, respectively, mainly through interpretation of their spectroscopic data.
